Return Policy

At TrèsDiana we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will do our best to come find a solution.

In case the goods you have received are damaged or not what you have originally ordered, please retain the original packaging and contact us at our customer service email at support@tresdiana.com so we can resolve the issue.

You can request a return within 30 days of dispatch if they are unopened and you still have your proof of purchase. Products showing damage of any kind cannot be accepted for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by Non-Authorized Retailers. We can only offer refunds or exchanges for products that were bought directly via TrèsDiana Cosmetics website.

To request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase send your request to: support@tresdianacosmetics.com

- Include your original invoice with your return or exchange. We ask you to please print the copy of your online order receipt and include it in the packaging.

Upon acceptance of your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the original credit card of payment. Exchanges can be done for the products of equal value available on TrèsDiana website. Please be aware return or exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
