Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed via TrèsDiana website will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note during holidays or other busy periods of the year it may take longer for your orders to be processed. We do not guarantee delivery for Christmas on orders placed after December 16th. After your order has shipped has been shipped, please allow between 3 to 5 days for your order to arrive. Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We ship using UPS. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. At the moment we ship only to the United States.
